I found the room spacious. It featured a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The shower was huge and had wonderfully hot water. Breakfast offered a generous spread, with both Vietnamese and western options. All these things helped contribute to a nice and easy stay.

the room was spacious and ultra clean. the balcony offered a relaxing experience with sunrises. the breakfast buffet included a wide array of Vietnamese and western dishes. i would return without a doubt, because of the warm, cute, obliging staff.
i found that the standard checkout time is at 11 a.m., and 12 p.m. is considered late checkout!

I was Disappointed with my suite reservation. I booked a two-bedroom suite, but it had two connecting rooms, not a proper suite. The advertisement promised late checkout, though I learned the standard checkout time is 11 a.m.

amazing beachside getaway!

i came here as a traveller and the hotel exceeded my expectations! the staff was kind and professional , always ready to assist with a smile. the rooftop bar provided magical experiences because of amazing staff. jason, the manager, was extraordinary, he paid attention to every detail, giving us great advice.
the half-board package included only a limited set menu for dinner , to access the dinner buffet, we had to pay extra. even after agreeing to pay , they refused us a seat at the restaurant saying it was full. this was disappointing for a luxury experience.

my room had a city view from its balcony, and this provided a nice perspective. the room included slippers and a dressing gown , it seemed like a small luxury. lots of toiletries meant i didn't need to worry about packing extra.
